My Motorola devour won’t start, it’s stuck on the boot screen. Is there any way to get it to start normally? It started acting this way after I installed the Skype for Verizon app. I have pulled out the battery, plugged it into the charger and put the battery back in as well as every imaginable combination of these actions. I have even performed the hard reset steps and continue to have the same problem. I was able to reach the screen with the exclamation point and reset the drive but it still gets stuck on the screen that says “blur” when it tries to launch. What can I do to fix my Motorola Devour phone which got stuck on the boot screen just after installing Skype for Verizon app?
