I have a Toshiba Satellite with CD/DVDW TS-L632D ATA Device and Windows Vista 32 Bit operating system. I tried to install the Magic Jack but I kept having problems during its installation. I spent a lot of time with Magic Jack’s tech support trying to figure the problem out and register my phone. But they were no good. Eventually I thought the unit was defective but it was not. I even went to ‘Control panel’ and then ‘Device manager’ and noticed that my CD/DVD ROM had two errors; one indicated that my CD ROM is no good, and the other said that Tiger Jet, the Magic Jack USB box, also have some problem. How can I fix this? What can I do to fix Magic Jack installation problem? I would really appreciate your useful information regarding this. Thanks.
