I have a Samsung sgh-t369. Neither the auto lock nor the security lock of phone works. And when I manually lock the phone, it unlocks itself because the * button not only locks but also unlocks the phone. So, if the phone is in by bag and the * button gets the lightest touch, the key pad is unlocked. One day, from my bag, the phone called my daughter 16 times before I knew it. Making matters worse, the on/off button is very sensitive and I have been in two situations where cell phones are prohibited and the phone turned itself on and started it’s little star-up tune. How can I fix this issue without sending the phone to Samsung for repair/replacement?
