My Livescribe Pulse pen won’t turn on and when I press the button it just buzzes and the screen remains blank. When I plug it into my computer I get an error message ‘USB Device Not Recognized.’ I am really upset because I only got it a month ago, and it has been working fine until now. How can I fix my Livescribe Pulse pen which stopped working and makes a buzzing sound when trying to turn it on? I would really appreciate your useful information regarding this. Thanks.
