I am availing Alltel cell phone since last three years and was very happy with its service. But last month some of the alert service like cricket alert and missed calls alert were activated on my cell phone without my request, when I investigated about these service from customer support of Alltel they just informed me that these service are give to some customers and are free of cost. But at the end of month I received the cell phone bill with an additional charge for these. Now upon further investigation against bill, their customer support executive is saying that none of the service is given free of cost and I have to pay for it. Please any one of you suggest me what I should do against these fake plans.
