I have purchased a Craftsman Professional Series ‘Quiet Glide’ mobile tool cart and need to remove the bottom drawers in order to install the casters (wheels). The instructions haven’t been helpful. There are no levers on either side of the drawers, only these small, gray, rubber ‘tabs.’ The instructions state, ‘lift the release lever on the left side, while depressing the level on the right side and pull out to remove.’ There are no levers, just these tiny rubber tabs which hook over the ends of the glides. I’ve pushed, pulled, etc., and nothing seems to work. How to do drawer removal in mobile tool cart? Any suggestions would be really appreciated!
