I am a college student so at this point of time I really want to buy a cell phone for me . but the main problem is which cell phone inbuild service is good in whole new york whether it is htc passion verizon or motorola citrus. the cell phone should also be cheapest . also tell me which is best cell phone internet connection provider . Try to elaborate and compare the rates of different cell phone so that i can choose among them .
