I just turned 16 and my father has promised that he will buy me a cell phone. I m very excited about this but he told me to look for a cell phone and also a plan from any carrier. I ll have to pay for the monthly rental from my pocket money. So I was looking for a really affordable plan and a good service too. I like texting more than calling up. Please suggest me a cell phone service provider and a cell phones plan too. What should we look in the plan while choosing?
