The people who text my cell phone number from their cell phone sprint either get an error message or don’t get anything, but in either situation their text is never received by my phone. Sprint people can receive my text messages, they just can’t send to me. I don’t have this problem with any other carriers, only people who use Sprint. Now the problem is that I got this phone number originally when I was with Sprint a dozen years ago. I haven’t since changed carriers several times and with each different carrier, it resulted in same problem. Any advice for me or should I get a new phone number?
