Though a few might like Nokia’s N93/N93i multimedia phones, a vast majority didn’t like these phones. Why? Simply because the phones were just too bulky for normal everyday use. Thankfully the boffins at Nokia seem to have finally realised this and hence, rumour mills are ablaze with the news of Nokia ditching the form factor of these bulky phones, atleast till 2010. That is not too surprising as other Nokia phones have now managed to pack in more functionality than the N93, albeit in a much sleeker form factor. Now that Nokia might phase out these bulky communication devices, other manufacturers too might follow suit and do away with bulky phones. Is this the beginning of an onslaught of sleek yet fully loaded phones? Only the future will tell.
