I have bought a Boxee box few weeks back. Now it is not working properly. Its function is to show the movie from internet to your television. But now when I am opening it, its powerlight is not opening now. And without power light we can’t do anything. As I bought it few weeks back. So, it is under warranty but they are not listening to the complain seriously. I told to customer service. They said they wil send somebody with 48 hours that is 2 days but now 15 days have passed and till now nobody came. I want to complain legally against them tell me how to do that?
