I am considering buying iPhone. AT&T is offering an AT&T Reward Visa Prepaid Card with a $200 balance. Can you tell me what I can get with this? The fine print in the offer says the card cannot be used for cash, gasoline, or AT&T products in some states. What are the limitations beyond the fine print in the offer? Can I use the card like any Visa card in any retail store? Please help.
