I need some help here, I am using BlackBerry Bold 9700 AT&T cell phone and my alarm on my phone won’t go off. The tracker ball lights up and flashes like it’s going off but it does not make a sound? I also have my media and ringer volume turned up to max. Any help guys this is driving me crazy!
