Why only my accounts are visible in Mobile CRM?

I did the bulk import when Dynamics was set up for my organization. Other users can see all accounts through the web interface or Outlook. However, through the Resco Mobile CRM application for iOS or Android, only my accounts are visible. No account created by another user can be seen. Why only my accounts are visible in Mobile CRM? Can I fix it? What can I do to fix it? I would really appreciate if someone can help me regarding this. Please advice. Thanks.
