Few minutes earlier I downloaded Internet explorer 8 and now it will not open. What I am getting is a blank white screen and the Explorer message pop-up stating: “Internet Explorer has a problem and needs to close”. So I even tried to restore my computer to a back date, but that also not don, it’s not computer problem but I cannot access the internet on the computer I am having a problem with. Please help me by your suggestions?
