Parent of 12 year old from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I want to buy a good cell phone for my child on his birthday since he has been asking for it for a quiet a long period. Can anyone here suggest me where I can get a good range to buy cell phones for my kid and what really do i need to take care while choosing a good cell phone for my child. I really want to give a thought over the impact this device can have on the safety and behaviour of my child. I am already decided on the budget which would be around $130-150.
